"I don’t understand the point of online check in if they aren’t going to check you in. I did the online check in, it gave me a time and we arrived 10 mins early. We were on deck but for some reason we got skipped and we’re pushed back an extra 40 freaking minutes. I don’t care that we have a season pass, I’m not going back. And the hair cut was not good"

"Second time I've come and seen Jessica (if asking for, Jess C.) The first time i saw her, I asked her to do what she thought was best with my hair. Usually when I ask a stylist to do this they are hesitant, and I always end up getting the same type of cut because the stylist wasn't confident. But Jessica was all for doing something she thought would look good with minimal questions except about some preferences. The outcome was great and I made sure to see her again by name today, she did the same cut from my first visit and it looks awesome. Jess C, is an amazing stylist and I highly recommend her."

"Sport Clips does not take reservations. The customer queue is a first in/first out model unless you have an operator you prefer which means you wait until she is available. All appearances are there is a high turnover rate of operators so it's a gamble if your FAV is still working there!"

"So my wife took my son to get his haircut. The lady that cut his hair was going to give my wife a military discount when she showed her ID. Then another lady, maybe a manager, told her that she doesn’t get it because “we don’t give it to moms”. How out of touch do you have to be especially an establishment that does so much for the military. MOMs have the hardest job in the military, when their husbands deploy they have to deal with all of life alone, and if their husbands don’t come back they get to deal with life alone for life. Shameful!!!!"

"I like this place. The stylists are polite and typically hold good conversation."
