First time experience was great! All the options were explained in detail. I will definitely go back, and Jess was awesome!

I went to this location today to get a cut. I got there at 6:56pm (1 hour before closing). There were 2 ladies in the place sweeping the floors. One lady came to the door and unlocked the door sighting that they were closing "a little" early due to being short staffed. Well I called the next closest sports clips by me and they only had 2 stylists too. Their competition stays open until 10. You'd think that they would want to stay open until at least their marketed time. The gal was nice about it but that doesn't change the fact that they are CHOSING to make it more difficult for the people that keep them in business. Makes me contemplate coming here any more....
